Thank you to everyone who participated in the recent patient survey to see how we are performing in areas of privacy, communication, continuity of care, access, and availability.

WE ARE PLEASED THAT 95% OF ALL OUR PATIENT RATINGS WERE GOOD, VERY GOOD OR EXCELLENT.

Unique Medical has carried out a patient survey (the Practice Accreditation and Improvement Survey) and asked for your honest opinions on the services we provide. We listened to your concerns and have taken the following actions to make improvements to patient care where you feel it would be most useful:

We understand that your time is precious.

We have improved our wait times in the last couple of years due to the addition of 3 more doctors.
Doctors can run late due to emergencies or when a patient needs to take longer than the appointment time.

(Note: Please book the correct appointment to avoid delays, you can book a longer appointment if you have more than one issue or need forms)

• We have allowed time to catch up for doctors to avoid long waits we have more late appointments available due to the addition of more doctors.
• Discuss with a doctor what time of appointment suits you best to avoid miscommunications and delays.
• We appreciate patients who call and cancel appointments to avoid – wasted appointments when patients are waiting on the cancellation list.
